We approached Action Centre because the business was a bit of a mess at the time – staffing was a major dilemma, recruiting was a major dilemma, and that is really the backbone of any business.

Not many businesses devote enough time to training their teams, and we do 90 Day Planning sessions with our top team of 10 people. It’s a very costly exercise, to have 10 people devoted for an entire day just for planning sessions, but Action Centre have made me realise the importance of that.

Our results from working with our Action Centre coach is that we have gone from a turnover of less than $1 million each year to over $5 million.

Action has taught me that you need to have a well-balanced life in order to be successful.
